Fire Control Districts/Manatee Co. [OPCC]; amends special act re Cedar Hammock Fire Control District & Whitfield Fire Control District in Manatee Co. to merge Whitfield Fire Control District into Cedar Hammock Fire Control District; grants Cedar Hammock Fire Control District authority to provide fire control & emergency medical services; provides for terms of office of transitional governing board of combined district; repeals various special acts re Whitfield district, etc.
