Special Election/Ad Valorem Taxation [FPCC]; Provides for a special election to be held January 29, 2008, for the approval or rejection by the electors of amendments to the State Constitution proposed by joint resolution. Provides for the publication of notice and for procedures, etc. APPROPRIATION: $560,000.
