GENERAL BILL by Deutch
Political Advertisement Website [LPCC]; Requires the Division of Elections of the Department of State to create and maintain the "Florida Campaign Sunshine" website. Requires any person or organization responsible for the creation or publication of any political advertisement to submit a copy of the advertisement, any documents or other materials referenced, used, or footnoted in the advertisement, and a statement of the source of each document or material to the division, etc.
