Adult Protection and Care; Authorizes DCFS to obtain copies of driver's license files maintained by DHSMV for purpose of conducting protective investigations; provides for transfer of reports to central abuse hotline relating to vulnerable adults to county sheriff's office; authorizes DCFS to file petition to determine incapacity in adult protection proceedings, etc.
