Counterfeit Goods [EPCC]; Creates & revises definitions; provides that possession of more than specified number of counterfeit items, unless satisfactorily explained, allows inference that such property is possessed with intent to offer for sale or distribution; provides that state or federal certificate of registration of trademark shall be prima facie evidence of certain facts, etc.
