Sexual Predators/Sexual Offenders/Public Safety [LPCC]; Revises provisions relating to reimbursement of specified costs by sexual predators. Specifies residency distance limitations for persons convicted of certain sexual offenses. Encourages all public libraries to adopt an Internet safety education program for children and adults to promote the use of prudent online deportment and broaden awareness of online sexual predators and offenders. Provides minimum requirements for the program, etc.
