Weapon & Firearm Licenses/Interagency Data Sharing [LPCC]; Authorizes the Department of Law Enforcement to provide data collected from court records to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for the purposes of determining eligibility for concealed weapons and firearm licenses. Adds involuntary outpatient treatment to the definition of "committed to a mental institution" in criteria considered for license qualifications and firearm purchases, etc.
