Beach Management [RPCC]; Provides requirements concerning the quality and quantity of dredged sand placed on certain beaches adjacent to inlets. Requires an estimation of the requisite quantity of beach-quality sand by the Department of Environmental Protection and its consultants. Requires the protection of shorebirds and marine turtles. Provides criteria governing the department's ranking of inlet management projects and activities, etc.
