GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Agriculture ; Alexander

Agriculture [RPCC]; Reenacts a specified provision relating to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Increases the annual countywide fire control assessment. Increases the annual license tax imposed on wholesale and retail saltwater products dealers. Increases the maximum amount allowed for a food permit application fee. Increases the master registration fees imposed on commercial feed distributors, etc.

Effective Date: 07/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
