SB 2078: Florida Springs Stewardship Act [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Oelrich
Florida Springs Stewardship Act [RPCC]; Establishes the Florida Springs Stewardship Task Force. Provides for duties of the task force, such as collecting and inventorying all existing data identifying zones of influence for each of Florida's 33 known first magnitude springs and identifying land uses in these areas. Directs all state agencies, and requests all other agencies and local governments, to render assistance to and cooperate with the task force, etc.
