Criminal History Records/Expunction and Sealing [LPCC]; Increases from one to three the number of arrests or incidents that a petitioner may offer for expunction by the court without certain conditions. Decreases the number of years that a criminal history record must be sealed before the criminal history record is eligible for expunction. Increases from one to three the number of arrests or incidents that a petitioner may request be sealed by the court without certain conditions, etc.
