Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance [EPCC]; Redefines the term "proof of financial responsibility" for purposes of provisions requiring persons operating a motor vehicle to obtain liability insurance. Increases the amounts required with respect to bodily injury or death in a single accident, etc.
