GENERAL BILL by Lawson

Florida Retirement System/Special Risk Class [LPCC]; Adds persons to the Special Risk Class who are employed by the state and spend at least 75 percent of their time performing duties that involve the custody, control, or direct medical care of patients or inmates in a correctional, juvenile justice, developmental disability, or forensic facility or institution. Specifies that certain administrative support personnel are not included in the Special Risk Class, etc.
