GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations ; Wise
Interpreters for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing [SPCC]; Creates the Board of Interpreters for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to recommend procedures to administer licensing and permitting of interpreter professionals which the Department of Business and Professional Development shall adopt by rule. Provides grounds for board recommendation of revocation or suspension of license or permit or other disciplinary action, etc.
