GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Banking and Insurance ; Saunders
Fire Prevention and Control [EPCC]; Revises provisions relating to uniform firesafety standards to include application to tunnels. Requires a nursing home licensee to submit complete sprinkler construction documents to the AHCA by a specified date. Changes the application deadline for participation in the State Fire Marshal Nursing Home Loan Guarantee Program. Expands application of authority of the State Fire Marshal to investigate fires to include explosions, etc.
