Fla. Business & Workforce Competitiveness TF/AWI [EPCC]; Creates the Florida Business and Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund within the Agency for Workforce Innovation. Establishes the trust fund for use as a depository for funds to be used for the purposes of the Florida Business and Workforce Competitiveness Program. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.
