SB 2530: Green Building Construction [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Aronberg

Green Building Construction [RPCC]; Provides for a corporate income tax credit for certain building construction. Requires the Department of Revenue to issue initial credit certificates under certain circumstances. Requires taxpayers claiming credits to obtain eligibility certificates. Creates the Florida Green Building Act. Requires certain state-funded projects and educational facilities to be constructed to meet certain energy and environmental design rating systems, etc.
