Confidential Records of Children/Access [SPCC]; Requires that the case file of a child under the supervision or in the custody of the Department of Children and Family Services be maintained in a complete and accurate manner. Specifies who has access to the case file and the records in the file. Requires that the department release information in a manner and setting that is appropriate to the child's age and maturity and the nature of the information, etc.
