Religious-exempt Child Care Programs [SPCC]; Cites this act as the "Zaniyah Hinson Act." Allows child care programs or weekday preschool programs that qualify as religious-exempt child care programs to choose to be exempt from the requirements for child care licensing or to be licensed voluntarily. Provides that if programs choose to be exempt they must meet statutory screening requirements and display a certificate of compliance issued by an accrediting agency, etc.
