SB 312: Sustainable Standards for State Buildings [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Sustainable Standards for State Buildings [RPCC]; Provides that buildings and equipment owned or leased by the state meet energy-efficiency and sustainable-materials standards. Requires specified state buildings to meet the United States Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system or another nationally recognized, high-performance sustainable building rating system as approved by the Department of Management Services, etc.
