Sexual Violence [SPCC]; Defines "sexual violence"; provides specified employee leave benefits to employees who are victims of sexual violence or who have family or household member who is sexual violence victim.

Effective Date: 07/01/2008 became law 07/02/2008; see 374 So.2d, 959 (Fla. 1979)
