Reorganization of the Parole Commission [FPCC]; Changes name to Parole Board; transfers commission to DOC for administrative purposes; conforms provisions to changes made by act; specifies legislative intent concerning nature of transfer; provides provisions that apply if court should rule that Parole Board is not continuation of Parole Commission.
