Relief/Stephenson/DOT; Provides relief for Amie Draiemann Stephenson, individually and as personal representative of the estate of Christian D. Stephenson, and her minor children, Hailey Morgan Stephenson and Christian D. Stephenson, II, for the wrongful death of Christian D. Stephenson which was due in part to the negligence of the Department of Transportation, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,092,040.
