Insurance Adjusters; Revises provisions of law regulating public adjusters relating to suspended license application reinstatement filing fees; examination exemptions for specified adjusters seeking reinstatement of suspended licenses; required examinations; prohibitions against soliciting or entering into contracts with insureds or claimants under insurance policies; client cancellation of public adjuster's contract to adjust claim without penalty, etc.
