SB 7016: Florida Patient Safety Corporation
PROPOSED BILL by Health Regulation
Florida Patient Safety Corporation; Deletes provisions requiring that the corporation establish specific advisory committees. Authorizes the corporation to create and dissolve advisory committees upon a majority vote of the board of directors. Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to make available adverse incident reports to designated agents of the Florida Patient Safety Corporation, etc.
