GENERAL BILL by Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz

Credit Cards/Marketing to Undergraduate Students [SPCC]; Provides that state universities, community colleges, private colleges or universities, or direct-support organizations may not directly, or through an affiliate, sell, give, or otherwise transfer to a card issuer the private info. of an undergraduate student without the written consent of the student. Provides that these entities may not enter into an agreement with the card issuer to offer or otherwise facilitate the marketing of credit cards, etc.
