Return of Firearms Taken Under Search Warrant [LPCC]; Requires a court order for the return of a confiscated firearm taken under a search warrant or without a search warrant upon a breach of the peace. Provides that a petition be filed with the court for the return of the firearm. Requires the court to order the return only upon evidence that the person does not pose a risk of harm and has the capacity to contract or manage his or her affairs, etc.
