Sexual Offenders and Sexual Predators; Requires landlord who knowingly solicits, rents, or leases dwelling unit to sexual offender or sexual predator to verify that individual's address; requires landlord to notify sheriff in certain instances; provides that Attorney General may enforce obligations; provides for civil penalty against landlord for willful violations; limits amount of civil penalty; provides for reasonable attorney's fees & costs if civil penalty assessed.
