GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Banking and Insurance ; Bennett
Financial Services [EPCC]; Provides that the appointment of the director of each office within the DFS is subject biennially to reaffirmation, which may be accomplished by a simple majority vote of the Financial Services Commission. Includes debt-cancellation products under casualty insurance. Revise limitations on the amount of authorized insurance for debtors. Provides that a deposit account by a husband and wife is a tenancy by the entirety, etc.
