GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Dockery

Department of Law Enforcement [LPCC]; Provides that if fingerprints submitted to the FDLE for background screening are identified with the fingerprints of a person having a criminal history record, the FDLE may make the fingerprints available for all purposes and uses authorized for arrest fingerprint cards. Adds the Secretary of DCFS, or the secretary's designated assistant, to the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Information Systems Council, etc.
