Driver's License Fees [EPCC]; Increases the nonrefundable service charge paid to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles or to the clerk of the court to reinstate a suspended driver's license and privilege to drive. Increases the civil penalty a person must pay for a late payment of civil traffic penalties. Increases the fees for reinstating a suspended or revoked driver's license or commercial motor vehicle license, etc.
