Economic Development [EPCC]; Requires that the report of the Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council be included in recommendations of the Joint Legislative Sunset Committee. Designates the Florida Small Business Development Center Network as the principal business assistance organization for small businesses in the state. Cites this act as the "Small Business Regulatory Advisory Act." Creates the Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council, etc.
