GENERAL BILL by Joyner
Medicaid/Preventable Medical Errors [SPSC]; Requires the AHCA to identify preventable medical errors that are not reimbursed by Medicaid programs in other states, the Medicare program, and private insurers and recommend to the Governor and the Legislature an expanded list of preventable medical errors for which the Medicaid program may refuse reimbursement, etc.
