Public Service Commission Nominating Council [EPSC]; Revises provisions relating to the terms of members of the PSC Nominating Council. Revises the certification that an appointee is required to affirm as a condition of appointment to the council. Deletes a provision that authorizes the council to spend a specified amount for advertising a vacancy on the council.
