GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Storms

Persons with Disabilities [CPSC]; Provides that an employer of certain individuals who have a disability is not liable for their acts or omissions. Provides that a supported employment provider providing services to an individual with disabilities is not liable for the employees' acts or omissions under certain circumstances.
