Unemployment Compensation; Redefines term "base period"; requires employer to provide wage information to support individual's eligibility for benefits; provides for alternative base period after certain date; defines term "alternative base period"; authorizes AWI to accept affidavit from claimant to support eligibility for benefits; prohibits individual from being disqualified from benefits if he or she leaves work due to certain compelling family reasons, etc.
