SB 1438: Injection Wells [EPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Bullard
Injection Wells [EPSC]; Provides exceptions to requirements of the DEP regarding minimum casing for injection wells used by facilities that have a specified design capacity. Provides requirements for an injection well used as a backup to a primary injection well.
