Driver License Services; Revises fees for driver license examinations, original & renewal issuance, reinstatement, & replacement of licenses & identification cards & license endorsements; provides for tax collector acting as agent of DHSMV to charge certain fees, to retain certain amount of fees, to bear operating costs, & to establish branch offices; requires person who holds learner's driver's license to pay fee for driver's license, etc.
