GENERAL BILL by Villalobos
Legislature/Oaths and Affirmations [SPSC]; Eliminates the authority of members of a legislative committee to administer certain oaths and affirmations to witnesses. Eliminates penalties for false swearing before a legislative committee. Requires that persons addressing a legislative committee take an oath or affirmation of truthfulness. Requires that a member of the legislative committee administer the oath or affirmation, etc.
