CS/SB 1614: State Funding for Medical Student Education [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Oelrich
State Funding for Medical Student Education [SPSC]; Provides legislative intent. Requires the Board of Governors of the State University System, in consultation with the OPPAGA and representatives from Doctor of Medicine degree programs, to develop a funding methodology for Doctor of Medicine degree programs at state universities. Requires the funding methodology to provide a consistent base level of state support on a per-student basis, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
