GENERAL BILL by Wilson

AIDS Education Grants/Public School Districts [SPSC]; Requires the DOE to award grants to public school districts to implement school-based AIDS educational activities. Provides for the grant awards to be made from funds appropriated by the Legislature. Specifies requirements for grant proposals by school districts. Requires that the DOE consider specified factors in awarding grants. Requires each school district that receives a grant to file an annual report with the DOE.
