GENERAL BILL by Siplin

Substance Abuse Treatment Programs [SPSC]; Requires the DOC to assess the needs of each inmate for substance abuse treatment services. Requires the DOC to provide inmates with individualized services. Requires the DOC to provide training to all employees providing substance abuse treatment services to inmates. Requires each inmate who meets certain criteria to participate in a substance abuse treatment program, etc.
