GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability

Florida Retirement System [GPSC]; Requires promotional materials that refer to the Florida Retirement System to include a disclaimer unless approval is obtained from the Department of Management Services. Revises provisions relating to participation in the system. Revises the dates a governing body of a municipality or special district may elect to designate its elected positions for inclusion in the Elected Officers' Class, etc.
