Florida Patient Safety Corporation [SPSC]; Repeals provision relating to the Florida Patient Safety Corporation. Repeals provision relating to a public records exemption for patient safety data or other records held by the Florida Patient Safety Corporation and its subsidiaries, advisory committees, or contractors, with certain exceptions, and relating to a public meetings exemption for portions of meetings held by the corporation or its subsidiaries, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
