CS/CS/SB 1950: Property Insurance [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Banking and Insurance ; Richter

Property Insurance [CPSC]; Revises the dates of an insurer's contract year for purposes of calculating the insurer's retention. Requires the State Board of Administration to offer an additional amount of reimbursement coverage to certain insurers that purchased coverage during a certain calendar year. Prohibits a public adjuster from accepting referrals for compensation from a person with whom said adjuster conducts business, etc, APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate.
