SB 2006: Collection of Taxes [EPSC]

Collection of Taxes [EPSC]; Authorizes a local government to enter into a contract with a private attorney or collection agent to collect non-ad valorem taxes, fees, service charges, fines, and costs that remain unpaid for 90 days after the due date for such financial obligations. Provides that the collection fee, including reasonable attorney's fees or other costs, may be added to an account referred for collection, etc.
