GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Oelrich
Nonpublic Postsecondary Educational Institutions [SPSC]; Revises the criteria for licensure by means of accreditation for an independent postsecondary educational institution. Requires that, in order to maintain its license, an institution file a report with the Commission for Independent Education which includes the results of a site visit performed by an accrediting agency. Requires that each institution request such site visits, etc.
