Health Care [SPSC]; Designates Miami-Dade County as a health care fraud area of concern. Allocates certain funds recovered under the Florida False Claims Act to fund rewards for persons who report and provide information relating to Medicaid fraud. Provides for certain out-of-state providers to enroll as Medicaid providers. Removes provisions requiring quality-of-care monitors for nursing facilities in agency district offices, etc.
