Supervision/Certain Medical Personnel by Physician; Specifies that supervising physicians may not be required to review and cosign physician assistant's charts or medical records; deletes requirements that supervisory physician review & sign physician assistant's notations in medical records related to prescribing & dispensing of medication; exempts offices at which laser hair removal is exclusive service being performed from certain provisions requiring direct supervision by physician.
