Care of Children [SPSC]; Creates "Zahid Jones, Jr., Give Grandparents & Other Relatives a Voice Act"; requires that case record of child under supervision or in custody of DCFS be maintained in complete & accurate manner; expands list of persons or entities that have access to child abuse records; renames "children's zones" as "children's initiatives"; revises provisions relating to strategic community plan; provides for reappropriation of funds, etc. APPROPRIATION: Indeterminate.
